THE WRITER’S BLOC LAUNCHES AT BIRKENHEAD CENTRAL AND BOOTLE LIBRARIES

THE WRITER'S BLOC LAUNCHES AT BIRKENHEAD CENTRAL AND BOOTLE LIBRARIES

Launched in 2024 at Toxteth Library, the Writer’s Bloc is a vibrant community of writers and creative thinkers from across the Liverpool City Region. Thanks to funding from the Amazon Regional Creatives Fund, we’re able to bring the Writer’s Bloc to two new venues from April 2026. Along with Toxteth Library on Fridays, we’ll now be at Birkenhead Central Library on Mondays and Bootle Library on Wednesdays.

We’ll be launching the new Writer’s Bloc with workshops from writer’s Helen Jeffery and Marie Basting along with our Time To Write sessions.
