Writing on the Wall has now completed a formal internal HR process conducted by our Trustee Board based on ACAS guidelines, with independent HR and legal oversight. All involved were given full opportunity to engage, respond, and be heard, with additional time allowed to ensure fairness and thoroughness. Out of respect for confidentiality, we will not be commenting further on individual matters.
As would be expected following this challenging period for the organisation, we are taking a proactive approach towards ensuring our governance, management structures and organisational practices remain effective in meeting the organisation’s objectives.
We are grateful to our stakeholders, funders, partners and wider community for their continued support and assistance. We sincerely appreciate the many messages of encouragement we have received.
We remain focused on our core mission and will continue working closely with our beneficiaries, communities and stakeholders to deliver on our organisational aims.
