After the riots of Summer 2024, the people of Liverpool and beyond came together to help rebuild Spellow Library and show the world that such hatred and racism is not tolerated here.

This anthology brings together residents of Walton past and present to share their memories and stories of living and working in the neighbourhood with the focus on what community means to them.

Writing on the Wall worked with these writers and local artists to create this collection of stories, poems and memories.

This is a heart-warming message of hope, unity and community.
