We are delighted to announce that we’ve won the ‘Preparing for Work Award’ for Write to Work at the LCR Culture and Creativity Awards!

We are immensely proud of our dedicated staff, trustees, project participants, talented artists, and everyone who contributes to this project.

Since 2019, the Write to Work project, has delivered courses led by a diverse range of professional writers and artists, published over 300 unemployed LCR residents, developed their skills and confidence, and supported many of them into employment, training and education.

Well done to the other finalists, The Learning Foundry and Ascent College.

Additionally, we were honoured to be among the finalists for the ‘People’s Choice Award’, which recognises exceptional contributions to culture and creativity, significantly enhancing the quality of life. A huge congratulations to Africa Oye for winning this award!
